How to apply Hot Salt Pot Compression?

It involves heating salt in a clay pot and then placing it on top of the herbs and wrapping it in a cloth, and then placing the pot on the abdomen, thighs, and lower back. It will help the uterus to expel amniotic fluid, stimulates blood circulation which causes the abdominal muscles to tighten and helps the abdomen to shrink.

Mothers who had a normal birth can receive the treatment straight away, while the mothers who had a caesarean section can be treated after one month of their surgery. You can receive this treatment once a day for a period of 1 week - 2 months.
